🧄 Ingredients
- ½ cup jowar flour
- ¼ cup rice flour
- ¼ cup besan (gram flour)
- ¼ cup wheat flour
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1–2 green chilies (chopped)
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Water – to knead
- Oil or ghee – for roasting
🍽️ Instructions
- Combine all flours in a bowl. Add onions, green chilies, coriander, cumin, turmeric, and salt.
- Mix well and add water gradually to make a soft dough.
- Take a portion of dough, flatten on a greased sheet or banana leaf, making small holes.
- Transfer to a hot tawa and cook with oil or ghee till golden brown on both sides.
- Serve hot with curd, chutney, or pickle.
