🧄 Ingredients
- 1 cup sattu (roasted gram flour)
- 2 cups rice flour (or wheat flour if not GF)
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 2 green chilies (chopped)
- 1 tbsp mustard oil
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
- ½ tsp ajwain (carom seeds)
- Salt to taste
- Water to knead
- Ghee or oil for cooking
🍽️ Instructions
- Mix sattu with onion, green chilies, ajwain, coriander leaves, salt, and mustard oil. Add water gradually to make a stiff stuffing mix.
- Knead rice flour with warm water into a soft dough.
- Divide dough into balls, flatten, and stuff with sattu mixture.
- Seal edges, roll gently, and roast on hot tawa with ghee or oil until both sides are golden.
- Serve hot with chutney or pickle.
