- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup water (adjust as needed)
- Oil for deep frying
🍽️ Instructions
- Mix flour and salt. Gradually add water to form a stiff, non-sticky dough.
- Divide the dough into small balls and roll into 4-inch circles (not too thin).
- Heat oil in a deep pan. Slide one poori at a time into hot oil.
- Press gently with a ladle to puff it up. Flip and fry both sides until golden.
- Drain excess oil on paper towels. Serve hot with potato curry or chana masala.
