🧄 Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated paneer (fresh)
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1–2 chopped green chilies
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • Water – for kneading
  • Ghee or oil – for roasting

🍽️ Instructions

  1. Mix grated paneer with ginger, green chilies, cumin, garam masala, coriander, and salt to make stuffing.
  2. Knead flour with salt and water to make a soft dough. Rest for 10–15 minutes.
  3. Divide dough and stuffing into equal portions. Stuff, seal, and roll into thick discs.
  4. Cook on a hot tawa, flipping and applying ghee/oil until golden brown spots appear.
  5. Serve hot with curd, pickle, or butter.
