🧄 Ingredients
- 1 cup grated paneer (fresh)
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1–2 chopped green chilies
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- ½ tsp garam masala
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- Water – for kneading
- Ghee or oil – for roasting
🍽️ Instructions
- Mix grated paneer with ginger, green chilies, cumin, garam masala, coriander, and salt to make stuffing.
- Knead flour with salt and water to make a soft dough. Rest for 10–15 minutes.
- Divide dough and stuffing into equal portions. Stuff, seal, and roll into thick discs.
- Cook on a hot tawa, flipping and applying ghee/oil until golden brown spots appear.
- Serve hot with curd, pickle, or butter.
