- 1 cup jowar flour (sorghum)
- Hot water – as required
- Salt – optional
- Dry flour – for dusting
- Ghee – optional for serving
🍽️ Instructions
- In a bowl, add jowar flour and salt if using. Pour hot water and mix with a spoon.
- Once slightly cool, knead into a soft dough.
- Take a portion, flatten using hands or a rolling pin on parchment/plastic sheet with dry flour.
- Transfer to hot tawa. Cook both sides on medium heat till brown spots appear.
- Optionally, apply ghee and serve hot with sabzi or chutney.
