🧄 Ingredients

  • 1 cup basmati rice (soaked)
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
  • 1 tbsp oil or ghee
  • 1.75 cups water
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional: bay leaf or cloves for aroma
