- Water
🍽️ Instructions
- Rinse: Wash 1 cup of little millet thoroughly in water.
- Soak (optional): Soak for 15–30 minutes to reduce cooking time.
- Boil water: Bring 2.5 cups of water to a boil in a pot.
- Add millet & salt: Drain soaked millet, add to boiling water, and season with salt if desired.
- Simmer: Cover and cook on low flame for 15–20 minutes (or until water is absorbed).
- Rest: Remove from heat and let it sit, covered, for 5 minutes.
- Fluff & serve: Gently fluff with a fork and enjoy!
