🧄 Ingredients

  • 1 cup bajra flour (pearl millet flour)
  • Warm water – as needed to knead
  • Salt – to taste
  • Ghee – for serving (optional)
  • Dry flour – for dusting

🍽️ Instructions

  1. In a bowl, take bajra flour and salt. Gradually add warm water and knead to form a soft dough.
  2. Divide into equal balls. Flatten gently with hands or rolling pin on parchment or plastic sheet using dry flour if needed.
  3. Transfer to hot tawa and cook on medium heat, pressing edges to puff slightly.
  4. Flip and cook both sides until golden spots appear.
  5. Serve hot with ghee, jaggery, or sabzi.
