🧄 Ingredients
- 2 medium potatoes (boiled & mashed)
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1–2 chopped green chilies
- ½ tsp garam masala
- ½ tsp amchur (dry mango powder)
- Fresh coriander leaves – chopped
- Salt to taste
- Water – for kneading
- Ghee or oil – for roasting
🍽️ Instructions
- Mix mashed potatoes with ginger, green chilies, garam masala, amchur, coriander, and salt. Set aside the stuffing.
- In a separate bowl, knead wheat flour with water and salt into a soft dough. Rest 15 mins.
- Roll a dough ball into a circle, place stuffing in center, seal and flatten gently.
- Roll again gently into a thick disc. Dust with flour as needed.
- Cook on hot tawa, applying ghee/oil, until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve hot with curd, pickle, or butter.
