🧄 Ingredients

  • 1 cup jowar flour (sorghum)
  • Hot water – as required
  • Salt – optional
  • Dry flour – for dusting
  • Ghee – optional for serving

🍽️ Instructions

  1. In a bowl, add jowar flour and salt if using. Pour hot water and mix with a spoon.
  2. Once slightly cool, knead into a soft dough.
  3. Take a portion, flatten using hands or a rolling pin on parchment/plastic sheet with dry flour.
  4. Transfer to hot tawa. Cook both sides on medium heat till brown spots appear.
  5. Optionally, apply ghee and serve hot with sabzi or chutney.
