- 1 cup bajra flour (pearl millet flour)
- Warm water – as needed to knead
- Salt – to taste
- Ghee – for serving (optional)
- Dry flour – for dusting
🍽️ Instructions
- In a bowl, take bajra flour and salt. Gradually add warm water and knead to form a soft dough.
- Divide into equal balls. Flatten gently with hands or rolling pin on parchment or plastic sheet using dry flour if needed.
- Transfer to hot tawa and cook on medium heat, pressing edges to puff slightly.
- Flip and cook both sides until golden spots appear.
- Serve hot with ghee, jaggery, or sabzi.
