🧄 Ingredients

  • ½ cup jowar flour
  • ¼ cup rice flour
  • ¼ cup besan (gram flour)
  • ¼ cup wheat flour
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1–2 green chilies (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • ¼ tsp turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Water – to knead
  • Oil or ghee – for roasting

🍽️ Instructions

  1. Combine all flours in a bowl. Add onions, green chilies, coriander, cumin, turmeric, and salt.
  2. Mix well and add water gradually to make a soft dough.
  3. Take a portion of dough, flatten on a greased sheet or banana leaf, making small holes.
  4. Transfer to a hot tawa and cook with oil or ghee till golden brown on both sides.
  5. Serve hot with curd, chutney, or pickle.
