  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup water (as needed for kneading)
  • 2 tbsp ghee or oil (for layering)
  • Dry flour (for dusting)

  3. Fold into pleats like a fan, roll it into a spiral, and rest for 5 mins.
  4. Roll spirals into thick discs. Cook on hot tawa with ghee until golden brown and flaky on both sides.
  5. Serve hot with curry, curd, or chutney.
