🧄 Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes (boiled & mashed)
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1–2 chopped green chilies
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • ½ tsp amchur (dry mango powder)
  • Fresh coriander leaves – chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Water – for kneading
  • Ghee or oil – for roasting

🍽️ Instructions

  1. Mix mashed potatoes with ginger, green chilies, garam masala, amchur, coriander, and salt. Set aside the stuffing.
  2. In a separate bowl, knead wheat flour with water and salt into a soft dough. Rest 15 mins.
  3. Roll a dough ball into a circle, place stuffing in center, seal and flatten gently.
  4. Roll again gently into a thick disc. Dust with flour as needed.
  5. Cook on hot tawa, applying ghee/oil, until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Serve hot with curd, pickle, or butter.
