🧄 Ingredients
- ½ cup all-purpose flour (maida)
- ½ cup whole wheat flour
- Salt to taste
- ½ tsp oil
- Water as needed
- Flour for dusting
🍽️ Instructions
- Mix both flours, salt, and oil in a bowl. Gradually add water to knead a soft, pliable dough.
- Cover and let the dough rest for 30–40 minutes.
- Divide into small balls. Roll each ball into a very thin, large circle using dusting flour.
- Heat a large inverted tawa or kadai base and gently place the rolled roti over it.
- Cook for a few seconds on each side until light brown spots appear. Do not overcook.
- Fold and serve hot with curry or dal.
