🧄 Ingredients

  • 1 cup dosa batter (fermented)
  • ½ onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • 1 green chili, chopped (optional)
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
  • Salt (if not in batter)
  • Oil or ghee for cooking

🍽️ Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick or cast iron tawa. Grease with oil and wipe.
  2. Pour a ladle of dosa batter and spread slightly for medium thickness.
  3. Top with chopped onion, tomato, green chili, and coriander.
  4. Drizzle some oil around and cover. Cook on medium flame until bottom is golden.
  5. Flip and cook for 1–2 minutes or until veggies soften slightly. Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
