🧄 Ingredients
- 1 cup dosa batter (fermented)
- ½ onion, finely chopped
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1 green chili, chopped (optional)
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
- Salt (if not in batter)
- Oil or ghee for cooking
🍽️ Instructions
- Heat a non-stick or cast iron tawa. Grease with oil and wipe.
- Pour a ladle of dosa batter and spread slightly for medium thickness.
- Top with chopped onion, tomato, green chili, and coriander.
- Drizzle some oil around and cover. Cook on medium flame until bottom is golden.
- Flip and cook for 1–2 minutes or until veggies soften slightly. Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
